7" model connection Empty
PostSubject: 7" model connection   7" model connection EmptyWed Oct 22, 2008 4:19 pm

I have a 7" model and the video is terrible from my Canon HV20 (HD 1920X1080)

There are two connectors... one is the RCA and the other is HD that output 1920X1080 signal. Can this HD signal be connected to this monitor?
I understand perfectly that the rez is not the same, but I was wondering if Ikan just ignore the HD and display at their standard.

I used the RCA connector that canon output in 1440X1080 or at least 1200X720
Anyone can make a comment on this?
This monitor gives out a real lousy image despite of signal available.

thanks

Hey Kruzer,

Yeah, I can't imagine the V7000 monitor looking great on a HD camcorder. Ikan has a HDMI monitor for camcorders that support it. I suggest trying out the V8000HD or the V8000HDMI monitor. You will have better results. Very Happy
