 | Subject: AB101 / v8000HD? Sat Jul 25, 2009 1:00 pm | |
| Is the AB101 power tap compatible with the v8000HD monitor? If not, does anyone have any suggestions on how to run the monitor from a d-tap? Thanks. |

| Hey saywhat,
The V8000HD does support the AB101 power tap cable and can handle a AB battery.
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?ci=0&shs=AB101&sb=ps&pn=1&sq=desc&InitialSearch=yes&O=jsp%2FRootPage.jsp&A=search&Q=*&bhs=t&Go.x=0&Go.y=0&Go=submit
It might not be in the description but it does support the V8000HD.
Hope this helps |

| Great. Thanks, LugeZ.
Does this mean that the AB101 is compatible with all of the HD monitors (including the v5600)?
Thanks again. |

| Also, how does the CA7000 connect to the V7000?
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/469235-REG/Ikan_CA7000_CA7000_Video_Cable_for.html
Would this be able to tap the video feed from a JVC HD110 20-pin viewfinder to the V7000? I don't see a 20-pin input on the V7000. |

| Actually from the looks of the link you posted B&H has the wrong picture for the product. The CA7000 is just the replacement for the video cables the monitor comes with. In regards to your question about your JVC HD 20 pin viewfinder for the V7000, the CA7000 does not work in that way.
hope this helps. |

Yes, the AB101 will work on the V5600. The V5600 will handle up to 24v. That includes our V8000HDMI and V17. |
