| hello, I purchased your V8000HD back in January this year. I had trouble with the unit you sent to me, I returned it. When I got the replacement the remote control was missing. Also your reseller WTS Broadcast ripped me off 15 Pounds for an extra camera support arm I never got. Even after several emails nobody ever answered. So I got no remote, and no arm support and I have 15 pounds less. I will post this message again and again with different user names if necesary until someone gives me an answer. I have also told all my colleagues (quite a few potential costumers) not to purchase from you. I have never been treated like this. Shame on you | |

| I'm sure there has been some miscommunication out there - I have had nothing but excellent customer service from Ikan. I'm positive they will make it right.

| I have had great customer service from ikan as well. There was a problem with the charger for my v8000hd and they are just sending a replacement. They had no problem saying they would send another one in its place. Plus now being on the forum I am sure they will send that with my ikan slate soon. ( for posting as one of the 50 first get a free ikan slate.) | |

| well guys, I am happy to hear you had no trouble, but I did have quite a few. I sent all the emails regarding my purchase to costumer service last week, and I found 30 emails sent, and 26 emails received (prior to a sudden silence from ikan and WTS broadcast) and I am still waiting for some results, after 6 months. I can not say I am happy with this. sorry | |

| 6 months, I'd be pissed. I don't blame you. When company are like that I raise hell as well. It's the point that we spend hard earned money for stuff that dosn't work like we don't have better things to do with our time other than complain. so I am with you on this if it has been 6 months that is unacceptable. | |

| (I have sent this email to costumer service, after forwarding them 30 emails I sent and 26 responses, and hearing they have contact WTS last thursday, but have no answer yet) if you read all my emails and responses, do you see anything wrong in WTS attitude? shall I wait until they fix it? after six month of no luck? wouldn't you send me the stuff and THEN fix it with them? Why do i have to pay in advance and then wait 6 months until these people care to send me what I am supposed to get in the first place? what about my time? who will pay for my time spent trying to get what's mine? is this your customer service? i will keep everybody informed in the forum | |

| Ok now I am happy Ikan Costumer Service has solved all my issues, and recently I had a new technical problem with the same monitor and they sent me a replacement one the very same day i told them about my trouble. So THANKS Ikan and you have my confidence again. THANKS A LOT | |
