Attaching Sunhood question

Have a V8000HD Monitor Deluxe Kit and just received the ikan sunhood. I'm a little confused about where, exactly, the Velcro strips are supposed to be attached to the monitor. If placed on the outer rim of the monitor, it will no longer fit inside the travel case.

Where do the strips adhere?

Hey,

You could attach the velcro on the outer rim however, as you said it may be difficult to put the monitor back the case.

What you can do is place the Velcro strips where the monitor curves towards the rear the the monitors housing.

Here are some pictures. Also, if it is too difficult to insert and remove the monitor with the Velco strips, some have used an X-ACTO blade to trim the foam to give you more space.
