PT2000 attachment to tripod question

Hi,

I would've bought the PT2000 yesterday, except I can't figure out how it'll connect to my Bogen 503 HDV Fluid Head. I absolutely want to keep using this tripod head (it's perfect).

From the online documentation I've seen, it looks like the PT2000 connects to tripod heads with screws and stuff that don't look like they'll work on my particular tripod head.

Perhaps there's an accessory mount? One of your competitors' on-screen monitor (same category product) already includes such a mounting device (even though it's kinda ugly to look at).

Anyway, I was just hoping someone would have an easy answer that'll help me make attaching the PT2000 to my Bogen/Manfrotto 503 HDV Fluid Head a cinch, because I would prefer to do business with Ikan.

We have many Bogen/Manfrotto tripods in our office, like 501,316,503 HDV tripods. I can vouch that the PT2000 fits on all the tripods that we have.

The PT2000 comes with a metal receiving bracket that you screw into the tripod head plate. It also has the 2 standard threading on the metal receiving bracket.

I think you are in the clear if you want to use the PT2000 on your tripod.

I'll see if I can post some pictures of the PT2000 on the 503 HDV fluid head.
