Am I missing something?

Having trouble attaching Panasonic Battery plate to my monitor. I received two:

1. Fits the monitor, but does not hold the DVX/HVX "brick" battery. 2. The other plate holds the battery but is too big to fit the monitor.

Thanks for any tips!

It probably be best is you can call Tech support. They can help you with your question. It may be that the plates are for another model. The number is 713-272-8822 or you can email them at support@ikancorp.com
