The ikan Corporation announces our “Video Ministry Program”. We at ikan have implemented this new program to assist those ministries in need of video equipment and require assistance in purchasing the equipment to help spread their message. The ikan Corporation has and will be an openly Christian company and has developed this program to give back to the organizations that developed our roots.
We ask that Ministry Leaders follow these simple guidelines for requests in order to keep things as simple and efficient as possible.
1. The request must come directly from the Ministry Leader, along with some form of identification for the organization. This initial contact can be done via an email, snail mail or a phone call. The following are acceptable forms:
a. Tax ID # (valid only for ministries in the United States)
b. Letter from Ministry Leader on organizational stationary, sent via USPS (valid only for ministries in the United States)
c. Another form of identification which can adequately verify the legitimacy of the ministry (this could be as simple as a letter explaining your vision and needs on personal letterhead)
2. The Ministry Leader must then post their ministry needs in our online forum after a brief discussion with Carlos about the ministry’s needs. It is necessary to mention just a few notes:
a. After you use our equipment, we ask that you post projects and pictures of our products in use on our forum.
b. We'd like permission to share your story to others (through various promotional materials).
3. Once the needs have been communicated, we will send a response via private message or email.
4. Once the price has been confirmed and payment arrangements have been made, the items will be shipped out from our warehouse.
